ive just taken my brakes apart and i have ferodo ds 2500 pads in at the mo but i have some ds 2000 pads in my tool box so was wondering what the difference...

Are the rear brake pads the same on an escort cosworth as a 4X4 sapphire and a 2wd sapphire, and 3dr cosworth.
