Which seam sealer

Can anybody recommend a PU seam sealer, to do the underside of the car.

As per title, what is the best seam sealer for new body shell, and what else should I put on the seams and joints and under side before it is painted...

just took my petrol tank out this morning and thought while its out i will bare metal underneath and repaint just need some advice for removing the original...
