Thats Friday done with so next morning it's off to Luxembourg for another display

The cars were a little disappointing again but i did like the figures of old racing

drivers including this one of Jack Brabham, the greatest Scotsman ever Jim Clark

    and Colin Chapman.

Moving on i pass a Ford Dealer and he also does american models

    The superb Boss 302

The dealer also has a GT350 and a very nice retro building not the usual style of

    corparate lookalike showrooms

Last stop on Sunday was the Mahy museum in Leuze-en-Hainault Belgium and well

it was easily the best of the 3 i visited and only 7.5euro entry.

Oldsmobile Toronado [not Tornado] a 7 litre Front WD car

      a Schwimmwagen amphibious car

LOL microcars make me snigger, they are just so awful

These pics were taken in the main museum area BUT there is much more

As you enter the other side of the building [a massive warehouse basically] there is

an infomation sheet explaining about the condition of some of the cars in this section

which range from good to poor to derelict.

The sheet explains that if they were not inside the museum on display waiting for a

resto they would have been scrapped and it goes on to say it will take many

        generations to do them all.

        Aston Martin DB2 or 3

The white car is a "Vanishing point" Dodge Challenger

I go into another room to see this

          A cutout Sapphire Cosworth.

It had 533 KMs on the clock, brand new looking Dunlop D40s [original fitment ???]

The info sheet with it said it was created by Ford in Genk for motorshows so

here we have an almost completely unused Saff with the roof and a,b,c pillars cut

          off.

Pics not so good as there was a big red Studebaker sign above it.

            Nearly done now.

            Who shouted about time ?

The RS count of roadcars was 7

            These.

An RS1600 according to the badge

and 3 Focus RS2s......we all know what they look like...........and this.....

            a seemingly abandoned Sapphire Cosworth.

I spotted it from the other side of a dual carraigeway so i came off at the exit

but there was no on slip to return up the other way so i took a punt on going

through a village to see where it came out.I came back down the same way,

stopped on the hard shoulder ,stood on a wall ,user maximum lense length and

took a pic across 4 lanes of carraigeway.I didnt get up close to it so know nothing

            more about it........crashed,seized,blown up,replica even

I am not known for buying old tat on holiday but couldn't resist going

into the German number plate suppliers in Daun when i saw what backings they did

              Spot the mistake ?

I wasn't going to argue as there was a massive language barrier.

I will go and find more pics of all sorts of stuff.Bare with me.

#Kelv......I looked at the entry list and thought pull yourself together and at least do

this event even if i don't want to do the whole roadtrip.

#Cozzfather.......Was wetter than the wettest thing you can think of,and less of the JJ
