Sony are being complete arses! When my 60Gb console packed up I got a new one and all worked ok. Now I've decided to give my nephew my 80GB console and bought myself a 320GB console I tried downloading my MW2 map packs, but it saw my account is logged onto too many consoles.

So I did a search how to remove my account from my original 60GB console, but only Sony have the power to do it as I no longer have the console. Spent half hour on phone yesterday trying to get the original console deactivated, but they couldn't help me and needed to escalate it to a specialist. Few hours later I get an email saying as my console was not repaired through Sony they cannot deactivate it as I'm only allowed my username on 5 consoles.

Basically I have 2 PS3's at mine, one at my Mum's I use when I over there (Which is a lot), one at my sons and one soon to be at my Nephews. That's 5 PS3's I need with my username on. Easy enough as 5 is the limit? Wrong, my faulty 60GB console that I no longer have is still linked to my account and I cannot get it deactivated by Sony unless I provide proof of purchase of all the consoles I own as they think I'm sharing my download content (Which I am to consoles I own).

Spent 2 hours on phone to them and getting no where I don't see what the big issue is, just deactivate my non working console! They have told me to deactivate one my consoles and deactivate it everytime I wanna use one ofthe other consoles. How does that help me? Is that not a way around the file sharing thing also? Fucking muppets!

I went a bit mad at the women cause she kept talking over me. Gonna has this problem again if one of my PS3's pack up and not sure how far I'm gonna get with this yes I could just deactivate a console, but I know I will forget

I paid £130 for my new 320GB console with GT5 I just wait for bargains and buy mainly pre owned consoles when they are cheap with my 20% off

There is ways to do things and I know them ways hence consoles, etc I can normally get quite easily and why I have so many.

Sony have agreed to deactivate my original console after all that arguing my Mrs worked out tho her name is active on 4 consoles too

Turned the PS3 on at me Mum's to watch something and it now has ITV Player and 4 On Demand in the same section as BBC Iplayer. will make my mother happy

I'm working my way through Cold Blooded perk, so has to use bombs and granade launches all the time. Most the granade launchers are duds and don't explode your standing there about to send someone to hell in a blaze of glory and all you here is thud as it bounces off the wall
