I'm normally asleep by 1am. I get up everyday between 9 and 10am, so stay up as I don't need to be awake I usually work 11:15am - 9:15pm or 12:15pm - 10:15pm, so everything I do is in the afternoon/night. I don't go out anywhere due to my health issues so no need to be awake early each day
