Hi. Got a question from another forum... A man have a yb engine, but on head infront were were oe ford, coscast++ is its only written warrior 1199... What head is this? Does anyone have info? My first tought was that IT was a warrior head from back in the days for pinto/ohc twincam, but when look at pics now they dont look like this, or maybe "New" warrior head is made to look like holbay head to get them into historic racing on mk1-2 escorts?

Is he sure it's not a N/A head? I'm certainly no expert on tuning but those ports look big for a turbo car. The lack of hangar for turbo damper (assuming it's 2wd head) would suggest a N/A head would it not?
Maybe Warrior bought rough cast bare heads and finished to their own design.

He have No idia... The turbo damper brackets is machined away he Said... Are the ports that big? I kind of found them "normal mild porting" out from pic
What i find strange, Even if rough cast, the casting markes should be in front... IT doesent look on pic like its been machined away there... But dont know how other then Cosworth casted them?
