Whats the best way to clean the airbox filter element?

What filter you have? But basicly if you have a filter that can be cleaned the this is Basic way.

Ive got a spare K&N panel filter that fits straight in the BT airbag if its any use

I already have a k&n element, thanks for the link twin turbo, going by that it appears my filter doesnt need cleaning as i can see all the mesh, i think i'll give it a clean in a bucket of warm water anyway, i have an old lubricant aerosol for motocross filters, im sure it will be fine to use on the filter with a light dusting.
