    Guys,

Anyone near MK Motorsport Grimsby? i need my rear beam picked up and from then i will arrange courier, im fed up dealing with this clown now absolute piss take, its only a month since i was messaged saying beam was ready and balance to be paid (which it was following day) since then ive had nothing but aggro with promises you'll get it this week, then the next and so on, takes 5 mins to arrange courier!

its a 10hr drive for me one way,,,,,,,believe me i feel like jumping in my car and heading to him but in my current state of mind it would get ugly, i could go on and on about MK but i'll leave it at that for now

Yes i could arrange a courier but after constant non replying messages im not sure if beam is on a pallet or not

If you can help drop me a message Cheers Rob

I'd love to help but he's not much closer to me either, seem to be hearing the same stories time and time again now, there have been quite a few on here that have experienced the very same thing. The only way to get a result seems to be to go down and pick it up in person, hope someone can help you out Rob

How is possible that he is still in the business?

Sorry for you, mate. Hope you get your beam.

I like how people go on and on about and how he's still in business. Well if there was someone better out there, he wouldn't be. But there isn't (apart from those he's trained!). So who's the real clown for giving him business if you keep getting let down???

I've never had an issue with Mark, but I can appreciate that others have. But posting threads slating the guy that YOU went to, knowing full well his management side of things isn't perfect makes you lose credibility and strength in your argument. Just keep it private, clearly going on a forum to bitch doesn't help.

But by the sounds of things, you'd be better off just arranging your own courier or fetching parts off him since this is the only real issue that gets moaned about the most. Simple and straight forward, at least the goods that turn up won't be a disappointment.

          Are you Mark@MK Motorsport??

Have I been speaking about you??

You SHOULD to start to be respectful with other users opinions, like mine. Hope that mods take action with this kind of comments/insults...

1of main problem with the "privat" hushhush like you always say when IT comes to mk, is just how IT was before... Someone Said they had problem, and they got told to shut up and deleted, then allot more pepole ended up in this same situation, many didnt know before IT was to late...

Are you willing to quarante personal that if he arange courier, that parts Are ready like promissed?

I dont have any bad on either you or mk personaly, but fullt understand that pepole get pissed by this.

I think it's quite fitting to stick up for those who aren't on here to do it themselves, considering how much he gets slagged off. He's been called a clown, it's unfair since the customer went to him and handed money over. Don't really have grounds to call him names.

At the end of the day, you can be pissy on a forum all you want but it won't get you anywhere. Just keep it between the customer and business.

Alan, I do feel you're being a bit biased here towards Mark (MK).

Granted you haven't had a problem with him but I have no end seen posts regarding his poor customer service. No one is slagging his actual workmanship, I'm sure its very good stuff. But it's no good making the best parts available, and having no customer base due to the poor service they receive.

                  My view.

If a forum member has problems with a supplier (any supplier of standard or custom parts), then posting about the problems with that supplier is 100% justified.

In MK's case he is a known serial offender. The fact that he makes great parts should not make a difference. Bad service is what it is, no excuses.

Of course MK (and other errant traders) have a right of reply on the forum, so we can see both sides of the storey.

But he doesn't come on here, so can't defend himself. My only gripe here whether you see me being biased or not, are people whining like a bunch of women instead of going to deal with an issue face to face that's lasted for months. Surely that would be more constructive to gain a resolution instead of posting on a forum which inevitably just gets you angrier.

kind of thought you'd pipe up regarding an MK thread lol and I'm sure you don't know the half of it, I'm after a beam and yes I'm stuck as to who can supply them, admittedly i went to MT but non in stock and as you are probably aware they come from MK anyway, so after a bit of thought i decided to contact MK and i was promised a 3 week turn around with half paid there and then, then the rest is as per initial post, I've been very patient with Mark over the years and once I've got the beam that will be it for me.

MK has very good skills and his workmanship is perfect but its a real shame how he conduct's his customers, some people can't wait months for parts as they have lives out with cosworths, and it also mucks up deadlines etc, my car is also sat at my mates garage and is waiting on ramp for this beam so as you can imagine its very very annoying

You seem to be the special one so we'll done on that one...........

Also regarding threads on forums, i personally think it help's and resolves issues, so on that note Mark has replied and promised me it will be sent this coming friday so fingers crossed

At the end of the day, all I'm saying is be sensible and keep the bitterness between the customer and business. No good will come of slagging him off, as seen in many a thread before. I'll always stand up for people that have gone to no ends to help me out, and Mark is a prime example of someone who has. Sorry you've not had the same experience. And the supra diff kit was developed on my car, so yeah I have one. Cheers.
