centre caps on 18 reps question

hi guys picked up some of the 18" reps off ben today had a look at them when i got home and noticed the centre caps dont match the wheels they are a lot darker is it just these are other peoples the same ?

Mine are the same too, way off colour. The paint chips very easily as well.

My wheels are most likely going to be up for sale soon..

They're a strange one as at some angles the caps look a perfect match but, the one that matters, face on, they look a million miles out.

Hopefully it should be an easy enough job for a body shop to match the colours better

Its because of "mettalic" IT will need to be painted in same angel as the part IT is "edge to edge" with

But still, Silver is always problem No matter...

When the wheels were in production i pointed out they were way off and was told it had been addressed?

the caps are too metallic the wheels are more of a flat finish

I must admit I haven't even looked at mine, they went straight in the loft.

How is the finish on the none branded caps?

same dave the original ford ones are closer match

Different materials, so if the difference is not big it could be the primer causing that.
