I recently re-sealed etc my mastercyl for my escort rs turbo,

used a seal kit i bought from bigg red,

This seal kit came up when i searched the escos number plate, £16

rebuild,its not leaking or anything but makes a strange noise everytime you press the pedal down so somethings amiss,dont fancy doing it myself as ive not got a clue on them and have never seen any manuals or info relating to them either

When you say strange noise, are you sure it's not just the servo doing its job? Mine does this and every one I've heard on others.

no,it makes a loud clonking noise like the pushrods hitting something inside the unit,sometimes its very loud,or at least it was when it was still fitted lol
