...the Wheeler Dealers Escort Cossie episode tonight. Interesting show, even if a few bits were a bit mad. Bizarre that the original owner would cough another $20k to get it back though! And although they did a good job of the rear wing I didn't like that, even though the designer said it was originally supposed to have it. Each to their own though. Did look a pretty good example.
    Cheers

Crap job on the wing, it's fibreglass to start with and it didn't sit flush on the edges. Don't get why they ruined the car, everything else done really well.

I preferred the original wheels too, or even the ones they added but in the grey colour. The white was too much for my taste.

I did enjoy the programme though but thought it a bit strange that Edd China had left because they weren't going to show much of the restoration side and yet they spent a good part of the show with Ant doing that side of it.

I liked it but it's clearly scripted. The guy bought his own car back for 20k more? I used to enjoy it, though sometimes they half arse it. I prefer Car SOS.

I agree that was abit odd! $20k more for a service and wheels! Ant Anstead was very impressive though I liked him.

I still haven't caught this yet. Don't have the discovery channel. Are there any links online to it?.

I watched it, wing was not to my taste but it was nice to watch Ant work on the car and refer to it as a 'bucket list moment. Just shows how well loved the cossie is
