they are adjustable TCA arms.

They don't last very long as the ball joint is smaller than a genuine ford one. Unfortunately I don't know of other option

MK Motorsport does rose jointed ball joint replacements, so this would no longer be an issue. But as above, the likes of Compbrake use pattern parts, not the original arms made by TRW with the larger ball joint.
