For the others asking this is where they are fitted, they go between the bottom bar and bumper to help keep the bumper level. If you have a standard stone deflector these will help but don't stop distorting

But am I right in thinking there are two different ones so I mean what are the sizes of the other one the square one not the one with the side cut off

I took the measures around of cut off one that you can double check if you get it right.
Square one you cann’t miss as it is simple.

The square one is 30 x 30 and tapers from 14 to 12
