Depends if modified but you wont go wrong if you use Motul gear 300..

Any ford ive had always use standard oils throughout unless high horsepower.

Is there a list anywhere detailing the oil types and quantities in a escos ?

Is comma 75/90 semi any good?? My local Halfords got it in.

In litres "aprox"
-3.6 on engine
-1.2 gearbox mt75 or atf dex3
-0.5 transfer atf dex3
-1 in each diff gl5 75w90 (75w140 lsd in harder use)
-0.75 pas atf dex3
-7.5 cooling system

I recently put in the MT75 stuff from Millers oils. It says it痴 designed for the box so thought I壇 give it a go

Mobil 1 Mobil lube 1 75W/90 in diff and box, in mine
