Escos and sierra heater box

Hi just wondering what the differences are in the Escort and sierra cosworth heater matrix boxes? My I bought my escos as a rolling shell and it came with the heater box but no pipes I’ve recently purchased the pipes yet they don’t fit so now I’m wondering what’s wrong the pipes or the box?

as far as i know the heater matrix's themselves are the same, any pics? do you mean the actual matrix or the heater pipes/ducts? or something else lol

It’s the actual heater box that you mount the matrix in and connect the pipes too.
