Most do, i have the 7040 red calipers and around 360mm discs and these fit under 18” wheels.

Can you not run spacers on them to get the clearance.

You can but you risk tyre scrubbage on the arches.

buy a big brake set of wheels and sell yours, messing about but imo worth it to have good brakes.
