Small turbo are high imp and next to no one maps them you would need to find a capable mapper or change the ecu.
I would go to a Emtron

They must be high impedance injectors to suit the eec-iv ecu, assuming yours is still running the oem ecu.

        IIRC 803's are low impedance.

What are your plans for tuning the eec-iv or ecu you have?
        Cheers

Didn’t graham Goode do a 300 bhp conversion for the small turbo , think it was light greens not dark green 803 injectors

The GGR kit and those of it's ilk, used oem injectors, increased fuel pressure, uprated fuel pump and stiffer wastegate actuator along with the chip.

They failed to reprogram the injectors characteristics to go with the higher fuel pressure.
                Cheers

Had a few in over the years better than stock in performance but not particularly inspiring to drive.

Didn`t MSD have something going on, with use of other injectors?

300 is not 500, never will be. As always, it's about budget and how much of the car you want to replace.

I have done a couple at 300hp and they where a much better drive than that package.

Wasn’t msd doing some modding with standard ecu on small turbo???
How much to get 400 bhp out of a small turbo roughly and what’s needed???

MSD canned that off years back, no demand for it. An ex owner on here loaned their car as a guinea pig. They got it running but it melted a piston or spun a shell (can't 100% remember), engine had done 100k and really needed a refresh before upping the strain on components.

                              Newer efficient turbo.
Injectors double the size of oem.
                              Higher capaity fuel pump.
                              Larger MAF.
                              Maybe a 3bar MAP.
Tuning hardware and software such as QH & BE.
