  • Turbo Oil Return Pipe Gasket Replacement - How To?

Hi Guys, looks potentially like my turbo oil return pipe (that goes down to the sump) needs replacing as I've started to get a small oil drip.

I've got a gasket on order but wondered how easy this is to replace from within the engine bay (ie car on the ground)?

    Thanks in advance

when the 2 screws are oem they will be 10mm hex...you have to remove the heatshield and the air hoses from the turbo and then you can go "fishing"

you need good tools and some patience, especially on the inner screw..

PS: small fingers w´d be a gain too
