Help horn not working

Hi guys new Cosworth owner here -I’m based in New York City and will be daily driving my rs cosworth escort but that will be tricky to do with a broken horn in Manhattan fuse is good but I can’t find the relay -can anyone help please? Or maybe if anyone has a wiring diagram they can send me ? Thank you !

Fuse is F20
Relay is R14 (small relay in middle of fuse board)

I would also check the horn push connections inside the steering wheel as mine had come loose and stopped it working also.

I would also check the horns, as they can fail, mine did, also check the connections on the horns too.
