    Sorry if this has been asked before but what kind of oil consumption do you guys find on rebuilt forged engines in general, different spec etc compared to standard engines cheers.

      As above, built correctly you won’t see it using oil as ford initially quoted. Piston rings typically start going if it does etc

          Remember to not let it idle at low rpm on first startup, and start pushing it hard imidatly, the bs drive in engine carefully for 100'ds of miles, is just crazy...

              Offcourse not full load on cold engine, but dont drive it too "carefully". Best is to go straight to dyno when New buildt.

              Reason for not idle on first start is so the borehone and pistontings dont get destroyed at first start up...
