  • Tech Question - Fuel Pressure Regulator needed

Hi, I am in the process of tuning the BT with G4 fury. I got some fueling problem. Sometimes it hit the target sometimes is running bloody lean. The fuel pump and injectors are new. I am suspecting the regulator is the problem. I haven't take it out yet. Searching online, GGR got a regulator for silver top, does it work for BT? Doing more search, it seems like BT regulator isn't available anymore. Is that true?

I would think both small turbo and big turbo Fuel regulator was the same.

    some options.

Anyone tried any of those FPRs linked above on a BT?

I am trying to get one for my BT too, but can not find any with that type of housing for the BT. At least all descriptions says it is for ST only..

Didn't bt and st both get a 3.5bar mini reg?
          Cheers

St and bt share the same size of fitment?
i went to look at the regulator, it has 0280160661 printed on it, and XXBar which is faded and cannot read. I don't know if the prevoius owner change it correctly or not.

Good news. No Cosworth tax to pay I suspect either.

                          Pierburg 7.21548.51.0
                          spent US$51.5 brought it locally.
I didnt think it is any cheaper than in UK, but certainly cut the shipping. Hope anyone outside of UK can benefit from this.
