Some time ago, when I was travelling for work to New York, I tried to login when I was in the JFK business lounge, and was blocked, saying it was a porn site. I wrote an email to the business lounge stating that this was a car site etc. A few weeks later when I was in the same lounge the site worked. Not sure if it was my email or what, but at least I can access now.
We can't do anything about wifi or ISP providers blocking the word 'Escort'. The child safe settings on my Virgin media blocked it, so I had to add it as an allowed site.
Twin Turbo - you are using a non https version of the site on your link above, so it will be flagged as unsecure. I'm assuming that you have that as a bookmark, as all pages here are SSL protected.

Some time ago the security certificate must have expired, so I ran the browser warning gauntlet for a bit.
I don't believe any of the bugs I see are wifi or isp related.
