A word of warning for anyone with a modified car that has a Pectel ECU monitor fitted as I have, with the digital display in the banana pod……. The PCB that runs it has a capacitor/battery on the board. What can old batteries do ? Yeah, they can leak and that is what mine has done and the acid that has leaked out has completely fooked the board which is now beyond repair ! So if you have one get the board out and have a new battery soldered on. Mike Rainbird has a contact who can do this.
