    ggr do a 305 bhp chip conversion for st and think 305 is limit for a st without changing alot of bits but like you say you will need a -31 actuator aswell and maybe a k&n panel filter

        I have a turbosystems superchip for a small turbo. Was a really good chip £100 delivered.

          I'd get your pump checked first before you do anything. Could be costly if you don't have an uprated pump in there.

          On the chip front I'd go for an MSD chip.280 BHP Stage 1 from memory.

              Same for me.

              But a standard T25 will be on borrowed time with the GGR 305 chip

                  thats ok thats just an excuse to go hybrid haha, i couldnt see the ggr 305 chip on his website, is it just a straight forward fit and the actuator and set boost to pacific level or will i have to take my car to a tuner again to get set up

                      i might be able to add a bit to this as i'm in the middle of having mine uprated.
                      On my car so far- supplied by mike rainbird,
                      exhange turbo with nissan sunny gti-r internals( as these flow up to 290bhp)
                      -31 actuator
                      3" stainless blue flame exhaust sytem - from turbo, no cats.
                      K&N cone filter.
                      Chip/eprom is one i bought off craig H by ahmed bayjoo and has now been rewritten to suit the new turbo. - this is not on yet, for the following reason;
                      mike suggested i take the car down to grove garage to have the car looked at by mark and ahmed to make sure that all was well and would work in harmony, having spent most of the day there and watched how thoroughly they check your car before uprating anything, i would definatley recomend them to anyone..... unfortunately we never made it to the stage where ahmed gets involved and numerous test drives take place because when mark checked my fuel flow/pressure it was found to be totally insufficient and that was it, off back home to sort out a new (better) fuel pump! only a 350 mile round trip but better than just fit it and discover my engine has "melted" due to an excessively lean fuel mixture!
                      my advice, get someone in the know to make sure all the boxes are ticked
                      one for the road?? ......
