what thickness of material should a standard clutch plate have on it from new?

its 2-3 mm on each side of the plate there isnt a lot on them

that one is almost new

cheers,i dont know much about clutches,are the springs supposed to be loose and rattle?

Asking as they aren't loose enough to fall out they should be ok
