T3 Turbo rebuild/hybrid

Has anyone done this themselves?

Basically ive got a knackered T3 turbo and wanted to know who has rebuilt one or even upgraded it?

If you have, how did you find it? Where did you get parts from?

I've seen it done with rebuild kits you can get off Ebay. I've heard good and bad things about them; - rebalancing the shaft afterwards is the issue.

I would be tempted to give it a go, but not on the Cossie.
