Had mine to about 145 once, have been a passenger in it showing 160 when Wenny owned it but it blew up rather spectacularly that night

have seen 160 but only standard speedo so not accurate. Had the 3dr flat out once racing an aston martin it just wouldn't rev anymore but didn't have a speedo which was gutting

I was coming home one night with JB in his old Saph. He said "Have you been 160mph?" I said "No" and he planted his foot till the speedo was bouncing off the other side Not sure how fast it was, but scared the shit outta me

Ive been 140 in my Escort as 5th gear is the gear to blow engines in IMO. If any problems with the map and bang, engine's gone as its at its leanest. I never give it more than 1/2 throttle in 5th.

I had the nail to the rev limiter In 5th a couple of times anyone know what that works out to on 195/50 15 tyres???

The gps in the B10 has logged 149.9mph speedo was saying 160 didn't feel any diffrent to 80mph lol

fastest car i was in was my scs built 680 bhp malard green cossie . i stored it on my sat nav 181mph.

and it was still puling like a trane.
