do the escos rear bumpers sag as they get old?

ive noticed under my rear drivers light that the gap seems to be geting biger its now around 10-15mm and starting to notice.. but the rest of the bumper fits fine?? or is the a clamp that has come off??

should be easy to adjust and align again, to screws on the inside of the arch and 2 sets of 13mm nuts inside the boot.
