  • AFR guages

Not had one before, bought a 52mm Stack one of Micky Rainbint a year or so ago and its about time I fitted it. How often you need to monitor the AFR? what i mean is do I need it in a position where its staring me in the face the whole time or can it be less subtle?
I remember it being a good idea at the time but I can't even remember what it does I think it monitors whether you running lean or rich?

Nordschleife, there's only two barriers to worry about - the ones on the left and the ones on the right .

Yep, that is about all I know about them too

I would of thought they were a good idea to keep an eye on your air fuel ratio, but personally I would not have it in too dominant a position - or I would become obsessed with what the ratio is doing My opinion of course.

Mike:- 'A 0-4 Volt analogue output can be connected to a data-logger or to an ECU to provide real-time closed-loop feedback for improved mapping.'
Can this connect to the T6 ?

I believe so, as it uses the usual Bosch sensor, but you would have to speak to Ahmed to confirm .

i cant stand have gauges that are in dangerous place to look at when on boost, so ive fucked off worrying about the style and gone for i want them to do a read in a safe place...

this way i can read, fuel pressure, afr, boost and speed while flat out and still watching the road! safest place imo not prity i must admit!

ps the gauges in the pillar pod are duds just filling the holes as i cant afford the oil pressure and oil temp gauges off mike yet!lol
