is it ok to run the engine with the alternator belt removed? i only want to run it for a few moments to track down a noise,obviously ill have no p/steering or alternator but will it be ok with out the water pump running? itll only be for a few moments on idle

yeah it will be fine mate best to do it when the engine is cold tho
