As above, adaptor my gt30 intake hose. Do I cut of the intake pipe or does it unscrew/pull out. I've just been inspecting it with no conclusion as to how I do it

It's glued in, so you have to cut it out with hacksaw and pliers

You could try heating it in the oven to see if you can get the glue to melt and just pull it out? Just be careful not to melt the airbox
