Camber is dictated by the spring rates. Basically when the car rolls into the corner you want the entire contact patch on the tarmac. You can gauge if this is happening by tyre wear and measuring the heat on the inside / middle and outside edge of the tyre. You are aiming for it to be even wear / temp across the tyre. If there is more heat / wear on the outside, that indicates you want more negative camber. If there is more heat / wear on the inside, that means you want less negative camber. However, this doesn't take into account the toe settings, which can also affect the wear / heat (toe-out will scrub the inside edge of the tyre and toe-in will scrub the outside edge).
Toe-out makes the car more unstable in a straight line (but quicker to turn in), toe-in makes the car more stable (but slower to turn in). Obviously you set this to suit your driving style. You'd have to decide which is more important - understeer and a safe rear end, or super-direct turn-in with a snappy tail.....
However, note that dry settings will not be the same as wet, as obviously you can't lean on the grip as much in the wet, so the car will not roll as much, so will not need as much camber.

cheers mike, my nsf tyre really suffered in the last 2 races, with an area about an inch wide an inch from the outer sidewall really badly worn, and the tread was "turned over" around that area aswell I will post a photo when I get home
Edit just re read what you said, I know the tca' just do the camber! I was refering to the fact thats it's going on the john bean alighnment gear so will be able to adjust the camber and toe...
