        2wd clutch cable.

Why dont you leave the 4x4 front end in saves replacing a lot of parts

you don't need to chnage the rear beam at all if keeping the power sensible

Why do you need to change the 4x4 flywheel?

I just bought a 2wd saff and swapped everything over.

Then all you have to do is get the prop shortened and a different cradle.

Part no for the cradle you Part number: 6177696

That cradle is a direct replacement to fit the 2wd box into a 4x4 tunnel...... The mount sweeps up very close to the speedo cable, but just bend it round it

Clutches are the same I'm pretty sure. Maybe need a 2wd flywheel due to different length input shaft?

Can someone confirm if we need it or not please?

As far as i know the only difference with 2wd and 4x4 flywheels are the weight, 4x4 ones were heavier so theres no need to change them, im not going to just wack a 2wd starter on

you dont need to change the any of the front bits its abit of a waste of money imo, as the 2wd sump fits straight on no problems... why replace all your brake bells and suspenion to have a 2wd cross member not worth it imo

the flywheels is only a weight issue.. could be left..
you do need a 2wd clutch realise bearing..

you dont need a 2wd down pipe if your running a 4x4 exhaust manifold.

i honest believe if you up rate the lsd on a the 7" dif or weld it, it will take 400bhp, my standard 7" took a beaten..

the 4x4 clutch cable works as well..

you dont need to replace the oil pick either..

Am I right in thinking the reason you cant use the 4x4 sump is that the starter is in a diff position?
                            Cheers, Kev.

yes mate you can use it but you have to grind it, its a abit of a messy conversion... i wacked a 2wd big winged sump on far neater, i wanted a biger sump for drifting really..
