what sort of boost pressure would need to be run on a car looking for around the 400bhp mark with a t34.63 turbo..and what comp ratio do you guys think will be best to run...any help much apreciated here as im not too sure
It's not just boost pressure, it is cam profile, head porting and mapping.
To be honest, I would not want the reliability issues that you will get pushing a T34 to 400bhp. The turbo is a 370bhp turbo, so anything above that is reducing it's lifespan. To get a true 400bhp (with the above things taken into account), the turbo has to hold 25psi @ 6500rpm. If it hasn't got the right porting, cams or map, it still won't make the power.

ah i see what your saying mike.what sort of turbo would hold the 25psi and the best turbo to opt for in your opinion.as for cam profile im still not sure yet i have a set of cw3 supersport cams here that i was going to try.i will want the car live mapping and a chip made up if possible
The T34 will, but it will be massively overspeeding at that rpm to do that. I'd settle for 370bhp or move up to the T38, which would do 450bhp (with the right mods), but will not be as responsive as the T34.

You know what I've told you with mine experiences...

430Bhp / 650nm torque with a T34 and reliable
You have a dyno that is over-reading like crazy, as a T34 physically can't make that power (and the torque equates to as good as 480lb ft - the MAD GT30 engines only just make that ), not even on an engine dyno with all the ancillaries removed . If you want to believe that it can (unless it is on race fuel of some description ), feel free. But you are clearly deluded .
WTF sort of boost was that at to even get those figures?

2.4 Bar TD
The same guy who makes these made me a T03 who delivered 345Bhp and 590 Nm Torque (on GREENS and low boostpressure 1.7 bar!!) On high pressure 2.2 Bar TD it was not possible to meassure the power because it started spinning on the rollers (turbo is already 3,5yrs on the car and made fast 30.000km's). See my youtube movie for the car...
So, yes I believe it can...
The man worked and developed for Ford Motorsport garret turbo's (and now does the same for the DAF factory).

Okay .
The 345bhp is believable, as I have dyno plots for 343bhp on greens on a T03, (albeit a 60 trim compressor wheel and a 0.48 a/r turbine - which is ESSENTIAL to achieve this power, so far removed from a standard T3 as is possible). It made 380lb ft at 2.1 bar at 3500rpm and 343bhp @ 1.56 bar @ 6000rpm.
So your 405lb ft at 1.7 bar doesn't ring true to me either. I think the roller road is giving spurious figures, as 480lb ft from a T34 and 405lb ft from a T3 are just pure fiction at the boost levels you are stating.

the T03 It was 1.7 Bar @ 6000 rpm @ 3000Rpm it was 2.5 Bar
The main difference is the turbine house he uses, comes from the rallysport (T03 look from outside but not from inside) Same thing he does with the T34
The Dutch are on the attack with figures and a t34 formation
England retaliates with a defensive save and a random bout of mockery that see's the score 1 all at the moment leading into half time. does Alan Hansen know anything about Turbo's

It's not what you'd call a T3 then . The T38 "looks" like a T34 from the outside, and does 450bhp, but you wouldn't call it a T34.....
