  • Frost ALUMABLAST info.

For those who are half way through a resto and have been using Alumablast, we got one of their new cans and it is completely different to the old colour!!
The paint smells totally different and has a lot of 'flake' in it, it's almost gold now in colour !, it is in no way the same as the old stuff and will not be able to be used to touch up old Alumablast
Frost have been notified and are looking into it as they didn't even now the colour etc had changed.
I will report back when we hear more, but at the mo we have had to totally repaint the diff as the colour is so different and we had run out of the old stuff.

Thanks for the heads up Matt.

I have used loads of Aluma Blast on my cast parts. Absolutely superb stuff - in its previous form
