New Predators film

Went to see it today and it's actually quite good
No where near as good as the original but better than the 2nd and all of the crappy Alien V Predator films
A lot of the same music by Alan Silvestri and proper blokes in suits for Predators not as much stupid CGI as in the Alien V predator films.

i loved i when i saw it the other day.as said not as good as the arnie original but a damn good film.far exceeds the 2nd and the 2nd avp requium. but i enjoyed the first avp tbh.
the new predators are ugly fuckers.much prefer the original and is good to see it in it still.

the music wasnt done by him but was done with his oversight i think.love the classic chopper tune at the end too

odd cast but works for some reason,although i think michelle rodriguez wouldve played the bird well

Blimey didn't realise it wasn't Silvestri, it is almost identical, really helps make the film what it is though

very much so. wicked soundtrack and i think it helped keep the suspense up well like the original,not letting you see them straight away too

I despise the first AVP. I worked in a cinema, in the projection booth. We had to print run all the films before showing them to customers incase of audio or video faults (I watched some films twice before general release ) and the AVP print had a fault throughout, so we ordered another print which arrived the next day. As I was working I had to watch it again, but yet again another fault. Had to order a 3rd print and I had to watch this as well, so 3 prints, 3 days in a row of the same fucking film I wouldn't mind if it was something I liked

It was a very good job, but 2 bits let it down for me. Your normally running the screens by yourself with no computer and Im not a big magazine reader. I had no mates at the time (My Saph got stolen shortly before and everyone just stopped contacting me), so not ringing or texting anyone apart from family and I worked till 3am on Friday and Saturday nights, when I had a 4 year old son trying to stay up waiting for me.

Apart from that it was good to watch all the latest films in a 450 seater screen all by yourself and getting paid to watch them You could watch films through the port hole bit, but sound wasn't very good and it was uncomfortable. Working with the 35mm film, adding all the adverts, trailers, etc was good fun, but dropping a 30minute advert set would take 20-60mintues to pick up, so fuck dropping a 10 reel, 3 hour film like Lord Of The Rings

Can't way to see this , the original is prob my favourite flick of all time . Not to keen on the newer ones mind.

Saw this at the weekend at Lakeside showcase .. and was a bit disappionted but to be honest thier very few films that are better than the original.

still 2hrs of entertainment it wasnt dreadful etc
