ST power upgrade, whats needed?

I'm thinking about keeping the car now and giving it a basic power upgrade, keeping the original turbo and ford managment.
I know the T25 and the ford managment is the limiting factor and 300bhp seems to be all that can be got, so what do i need to up the power and who does the best chip, is it a plug and play conversion or is a dyno session required?
I have a magnex cat back system that dosent make any noise so I've allways presumed it is just stainless steel that is the advantage there and I have a K&N cone filter.

What do I need,
Chip
Fuel pump?
Actuator?
Fuel pressure regulator?
Other stuff??

ditch the cone for a airbox, get a uprated turbo, 4 bar fuel reg, uprated fuel pump, chip (i had superchips one)....

Thats about it if you have a exhaust!

De-cat or sports cat, fuel pump and maybe a rewire to it, chip, adjust actuator to hold 1.3 bar of boost. Job done. Mine has a GGR sportcat exhaust from turbo back, a gpA K&N cone and the rest of the stuff above and made 280bhp (a few years ago now though) on the dyno. I would personally have a tuner fit it all and set the boost rather than D.I.Y.

first i say do the brakes and suspension then fuel pump bosch 003 or 023 ,like said above stage one chip uprated -31 actuator,stainless exhaust ,k&n air filter or cone, t28 hybrid turbo as better than t25
