What Phone ???

I need a new phone.

I dont want an iPhone or whatever becuase the phone's for work and the tight bastids wont stump up to go on't tinternet.

Im used to and quite like Nokia's but that doesnt mean i wouldnt have another make.

All i need it to do is ring, text, store loads of numbers, take pictures and record porn video's ( doing donuts mainly )

Id need to buy the phone outright as my work phone is already tied into a million year contract with no free upgrades

What would you lot get ?

Check out HTC. I've got the hero and I can't fault it...does all that an i phone does but all the apps are free!!
New one out is the desire which has a really powerful processor,more than a lot of laptops....

Samsung Galaxy, IPhone 4 or HTC are the ones to have atm

As said the desire is the one to have just now... i have the hero too and just had my 2.1 android update works even better now!

My mate has just got some samsung one i think with the biggest brightest and best picture screen on the market cant remember the model but it does what the desire does but more complex. But he changes his phone every 6 months no matter what he's a phone geek, but he had the desire before this one and rated it highly!

really wish this country would sort there networks out as the HTC EVO would wipe the floor with every phone but the networks wont support the phone

when phones are moving forward all the time you may aswell stick with the trend if you NEED a new one...

As said i have a HERO it is fine and has no issues, if it had ie old age i'd buy a desire! BUT my phone is fine and theres no need to buy one for the sake of it.

If you want a phone to ring then buy a £10 job! If you want one that will ring and do a few things you want, why skimp? buy one that will do what you want and more as when you really need a feature in the future and your phone doesn't have it you'll kick yourself! Mine has helped me out plenty of times!

There must be some kind of middle of the road thing i can get i.e not the £10 Tesco brick but not an all signing and dancing thing either

My work SIM will never allow tinterweb access so a super duper phone would be a waste really, especially as my work mobile is my only mobile

i remember the good ol days when me phone in 1993 cost £50 sheets a month plus vat before i even switched it on and made a call

i remember a copper using my mrs's to make a important call back then too on it as they didn't have them then. Now every mush has got one
