ford fair 2010 track action vids

first one of my on board videos from silverstone this weekend. this is from the rear camera view. only got a couple of laps in on this session as i went out with 1/4 tank of fuel and started to get a bit of fuel surge in the corners. just as i was starting my cool down lap the enhanced performance car lost a wheel!!! which i managed to catch on camera.

anyway had a great day despite a few set backs, and having to be recovered home on the back of a lorry due to a tyre failure. sorry for being a bit unsociable but was busy sorting the car out between track sessions so didnt really see much of the show or other cars that were there.

anyway hope you enjoy the vid, got a couple more to add as soon as i can.

you get a lot better idea of the speed in the vids,your deffo shifting,when your watching from the stands the cars just dont look very fast at all,what happened to make the other guys wheel drop off?

just uploading that session to youtube at the moment, still 56 minutes remaining though. think you might be in it right at the end just before i edited the end of the video. i've checked the master copy but i didn't go past you in it as i started my cool down lap.

cheers kelv, didn't see you there mate, since realised you were on the fast ford stand which i didn't find until about 5pm so think you must of gone by then

and it looks so much slower on the films than it does when your actually in the car. danny's wheel came off as it stripped the threads fron the wheel nuts.
