To be honest Mr Kelvin i can understand why you're feeling a bit glum............. but it would be a lot worse if you had ever driven it as you would be that much more attached to it
Seems you have put yourself through the mill a bit with this car emotionally & financially.............. and for that reason now that you have gone this far i think you should put aside thoughts of keeping the shell and do your best to off-load it as if it sits around there may be the temptation at a later date to put yourself through it all again in a moment of madness
Finish what you've started and have a completetly clean slate
Just not sure about the Focus idea for around £20k for two reasons.................. one, we can't have a Focus owning moderator on here............ and two, that kind of money will buy a superb Escort Cosworth which is clearly superior and won't be worth less than an old bean tin in 4 or 5 years
