Ideal spring rate for coilovers for fast road ?

You need to speak to them as I forgot, I still have the car at work to look but they would only work with there damping.

surly there can only be two oiptions (1) drive yiour car most days go for konis and ahmed springs (2) ignore comfort and go for a cheap set up or (3) go for a full on race set up i've got a set of 940 front springs and 510 rears whitch im told are good for race use
