Who remembers the Magenta Saph that did the rounds in the mags years ago that had white, silver and gold tiger stripes.

The tiger stripes bring back LOADS of memories for me..."back in the day"..in the early 90's my mate worked for Turbo Systems,not Tony's branch,the other run by one of the Bee Gee's
Not only did they have one of the first Escos around(white tiger striped) but they had a seriously sorted fiesta rs turbo(tiger striped as well) that shamed many a so called super car.....they also had a few clients,one that had a turbo'd red RS1600i with all shades of silver tiger stripes,he then later had a magenta saff with the same style of stripes....i remember them being of a really high standard....i'm sure they were by baytone....or somthing like that?...i remember they had a small advertising sticker on thier cars...
Not to mention,snowstorm,sandstorm dust storm etc..seriously sorted cars...all tiger striped!..and looking well hard,back then ........but best left in the past IMHO........tiger stripes are like hi-lites in your hair and hooped earings.....only Mike R would say they are still in fashion...along with marble washed jeans and wooly jumpers

theres someone making them or rather selling them on ebay uk,i reckon if you knew the name of the graphics companys that did them bitd they could nock em out again no sweat.

my uncle had a sierra cos that England QPR and Spurs player Andy Sinton had before him,that was striped up but he didn't like the stripes but me Aunty did and he took them off
