Gym 6 times a week, sorted my diet out and just hammered it! 80% cardio, did some weights but only to help my body consume more calories (lots of leg work as these muscles burn fat well).

On my wedding day I weighed 16.10 and at my heaviest I was 22 stone!

The first 3 stone fell off me Mark, the rest was pure graft!

But now married, and only going to the gym maybe 3 times a week (and have now ditched the ciggys!) am back up to 18st................ But being 6ft 4 helps hide it.

I want to start running now I've quit the cigs, so hopefully I can get back down to 16

Good way to loose weight is walking, brisk walk once or twice a day should see you start to drop weight quite quickly. Or go to a gym and run/sprint, use the rowing machine and cross trainer.

Never needed to lose weight and been the same weight since I joined the Army way back!

10-11 and happy as I can eat the anything I want and as much as I want, but then my job does keep me active.

i have never really dieted, just tried to eat more healthily The only time i actually lost weight proper was when i worked in Indonesia, dont know why i never went to the Gym just had to walk a lot and it was 3000mts above sea level all up and down hills, plus the food was mostly local stuff (fish heads and rice) not that i ate that i had indo style western food. sadly put it all back on now and more, for the first time in my life i am over 100kg. got to start to do something now bfore its too late, will probably go back to walking.

Diets don't work....in the long run anyway, a life style change does!
Thing like Atkins etc all work to shift the flab, but you can't live on it. A healthy diet with excercise is the way to go....and if you can't do both, then just a healthy diet will do....."grazing" is very good, but eating 6 small meals a day in a busy lifestyle can be hard to maintain, but is a great fat burner and keeps the metabolisim high, which is great for anyone in thier 30's+ when it slows down and weight is put on by just looking a food...and and bread, pasta etc is the enemy,ALOT of people are wheat intolerant but just don't know it!
