what makes you happy?

lately ivebeen all over the place with so much stress and im losing the plot big time

a friend of mine phoned me earlier as i had to go for a drive to clear my head and asked me what makes me happy and i couldnt answer it

so was wondering what things in life make people truly happy as i have absoutly nothing

when my car is clean and running right makes me happy

When our 2 and a half year old says a new word, when our 4 year old daughter comes home from school and tells us what she has been doing. I'm happiest when I'm with them and my partner of nearly 11 years.

im happy when ever i see my kids happy. best thing in the world for me

secondly though if i do feel abit stressed, either un-covering my car and doing and silly thing i can to it, not that it needs anything doing, little polish etc etc.

or if im really stressed ill get my GSX-R out if its a nice day and just go for a nice run

what makes me happy is tracey and my dogs.the dogs will always put a smile on my face no matter how bad a day ive had tbh

The family always make me happy, seeing the kids progressing well at school, and as long as the car is right then its all good. Most of the time at night, I'm tinkering in the garage which keeps me busy and happy

Whe n I'm with my missus and 2year son. Watching him trying to talk and learning new stuff puts a massive smile on my face and makes any stress worries go away!!!
