    as it says really.... its been buggin me for the last 6 years, ive passed the points test & fit there bill would you go for it & start a new life down under......takin the cossie of course...???...

    You do know they are mega strick on speeding down under and all the speed limits seem to be ridiculously lower than ours. I drove a hire car for a while in Adelaide ans Brisbane . It drove me nuts.

      i'd go tomorrow. problem is we have 4 horses, it would cost too much to take them nd i couldn't leave them

        i would be out there like a shot mate friends of ours went out there 5 years ago and will never come back and after we visited them i wish we went as well

            I'd very seriously consider it if I had the required skills.
            There's doesn't seen to be owt good happening in this country
            I'd prefer New Zealand myself as it's great for outdoor persuits

                I've been thinking about this aswell lately.
                Maybe not oz in particular...
                Belgium is just a big joke. Are we even a country anyway??

                  totally disillusioned with this country at the moment so if we had the chance we would be off, and the outdoor lifestyle of OZ would really appeal

                    Bin trying for last year +,not so easy as you think,i passed the points test initially as im a plumber to trade and thats high up on skills shortage but i havnt worked as a plumber for 4 years and you must have worked for 12 of the last 24 months in the skill your going on the back of.
                    If im at home 12th Feb theres a big semina at Edinburgh im going to go to,went last year and if you can theyre very helpful

                      im not sure but wife would go 2moro as she has her uncle who lives in perth,im not so keen on leaving all the family and friends behind but thats just me ,but we have been thinking about it on and off for the past 4 years so who knows what will happen go with your heart mate not your head

                        wish i had the balls to say yes but would always find an excuse to say i have to stay heresame as most if your 100% honest

                            yeh my friends going next week & he,s a tiler, so he,s helped me a lot & knows all the in,s & outs & who to go through...it took 12 months from start to finish....ive always been in work & got all the city & guilds so im ok in that department finger,s crossed..... i just think this countrys buggered & think my kids could have a better life down under...
