Removing side skirts/clips

How do you remove side skirts without breaking clips?

Do i try to pull of skirts and clips together? If so which end should i start?
or
Pull of skirts but leaving clips but try to leave clips attached to sill? then carefully remove clips from sill? If so which end should i start?
or
Do i try to get a thin blade behind skirt clips ie wall paper stripper then try to lever out clips/sideskirts off together?

i undone the torx bolts on bottom off skirt then you can see clips that go in sil and just push skirt up and it should come off clips which are in sil

there two rivet in front cap and a bolt at back

hope that help but get more info off others

deffo best like georgie says,try and lift them up and out the clips,if you pull them they will just snap,at least the other way you may get a few to survive

you can stil get clips from fords


16 clips on sils
16 o washers go on before the clip in to sil
10 or 12 torx bolts under skirt
4 rivets front caps
2 bolts back caps

the little white plastic bits that push into the sills for the clips to go into are ridiculous prices

you might be able to get these clips from wurth, they do a lot of oe fixings, my mate got a lot for his pug 205, i would doubt they'll be as much as from frauds. could you put pics up mr knight??
