I've sent you the EEC-IV diagrams.
They are not whole car diagrams.

Turn the fan switchvto maximum. See if you get 12 volts at the wires going into the fan at the heater box.

Ya I'm getting 12V at the fan, but it's not spinning. If I run 12v direct from the battery, it works. Very strange, but need to do a bit more digging.
