Well' ive been playing abit with some carbon fibre and making my own odd little bit. Got a few cuts and splinters, all to be expected one might think....
but what i didnt expect was to get electrocuted
I was trimming the edges off the carbon with my dremel rotary tool when all of a sudden ZAAAPPPPP BANG, I get a shock down my arm and the fuse blows
WTF
A bit of failure analysis later and we find that carbon dust had clogged up the inside of the rotary tool burning out the motor meaning it shorted via the carbon into the drills main shaft, then via the cutting tool into the carbon part and then conducted itself through the carbon part and into me to get to earth
So be warned folks, carbon addiction can be fatal if your not careful!!!
