an engine with piston slap isnt an engine thats on its last legs by anymeans people who worry abit to much will say it is, i put 30k miles at 400bhp easy on my old saph that had piston slap and as far as i know that eninge is still going today, and i sold it 3 years ago, and that had piston slap when warmed up too its just a noise... i reacon a good 40% of yb's will have it from cold
I dont really think it is to be honest, i've heard piston slap on a forged evo engine and it wasnt quite the same.
But that is good to know incase it did turn out to be that.
