2wd cam into 4x4 head

can this be done?.Iknow you can fit 4x4 cams into a 2wd head somehow....its just ive always wonderd the answer to this

im sure cams are same just the bearing at front are different or the cam is different where the bearing goes on ie spacer

i have a set of 2wd cams that i was thinking of fitting into a 4x4 head just havnt tried it yet

4x4 cams will fit a 2wd head with a spacer that fits on the nose of the cam. You can't use 2wd cams in a 4x4 head unless you have the cams machined down a little.
